PETS: Only TWO PETS are permitted within the following guidelines:

-The additional pet fee must be paid in full, or in installments if the property allows.

-The owner's representative and resident must sign the Pet Agreement

-Property management reserves the right to reject aggressive breeds of dogs: Persa Canario, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Rottweilers, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier – and any mix of aggressive breed.

The non-refundable pet fee is $399 for one pet and $499 for two pets. Pet rent is $15 per pet per month.
